Lot 3: CD 123 E.C.& M.CO. Color: Sapphire Blue Description: "B" mold - 4" tall. Note this is not the "D" mold but the less common "B" mold, if you can consider this color in a "D" mold "common!" Either one is a nice piece, but if you want a Sapphire Blue example, why not get the best? A 3/4" flake right of center and a little 1/4" flake on the rear, otherwise about very near mint. See its killer brother in lot 4. What a duo! Hard to price so we just list the price guide value as a reference. A key piece for the advanced EC&M collector. Will you ever have a chance to get another? UPDATE: 9/12 View 3 added which contrasts this with a strong, rich Hemingray Blue on the left and a "middle of the road" HGCO Sapphire Blue on the right.
