Lot 143: CD 734 MCMICKING [010] Color: Light Blue Aqua Description: A classic little threadless! Robert McMicking came from eastern Canada in the 1860's and worked on the "Collins" line in British Columbia. Most of the McMicking insulators in the hobby were found there, many of them never having been used. Examples of this style usually have significant flaking around the base. This example has a couple of small 1/4" flakes on the base and 1/4" flake at the mold line. A nice looking piece! Estimate: $125 - $150 Open: $1 Price Realized: $187 |
