Lot 119: CD 257 HEMINGRAY (cracked) [040] Color: Electric Blue w/ Milk Swirls Description: When looking at the front or the rear backlit in a light box, there appears to be a massive amount of milk in the body and one can see some fractures in the skirt and one ear. When front lit, one can see the entire body is filled with fractures and crazing that reflect the light, giving it an amazing effect. Ironically, there are no chips or glass missing in the body and only a few chipped drip points. This could be a $3,000 insulator, but in this condition we'll make the estimate lower. A definite conversation piece! Estimate: $300 - $500 Open: $1 Price Realized: $1,155 |
