Lot 166: Norman Rockwell Lineman's Statue Metal Casting  Color: Copper-colored  Description: This is a hollow metal casting with a felt bpttpm, marked on the base "THE LINEMAN / BY NORMAN ROCKWELL." On the back, it reads "REPRODUCED WITH PERMISSION OF AT&T." 7" across the top and 10.5" in height. The original was painted in 1948 for an AT&T/Bell Telephone advertising campaign. Documentation of when these were made is unclear, but there is an indication that they were produced in the 1970s-1990s. A limited number of these were reproduced with permission from AT&T. A great conversation starter!
