Lot 130: CD 681.2 [Rooster] {Portugal} Color: Ice Straw Description: This petite T-Bar from Portugal is only 3 1/8" tall and has a rooster embossed on it! Below the rooster, the insulator is embossed with the letter "R" inside of a "G." The rear is embossed with “4/2.” The initials "RG" refer to Ricardo Gallo who was a glass producer based in Marinha Grande, Portugal. Note that “gallo” translates to “rooster” in various European languages. This is quite a rare piece; the last time we are aware of one selling at auction was over 10 years ago. Great condition!
