Lot 151: CD 737.6 {Unembossed} [010] Color: Amber Blackglass Description: This popular "Pilgrim Hat" threadless style is only about 3" tall. A small group of them was found in an attic in northwestern Pennsylvania. Three-quarters of the skirt has been repaired, but it's difficult to see because it blends in with the rest of the blackglass of the insulator. The amber "Pilgrim Hats" are less common than their olive counterparts, and this insulator is a great example of that color! Estimate: $300 - $400 Open: $1 Price Realized: $231 |
