Lot 140: CD 241 HEMINGRAY [020] Color: Red Amber Description: A petite saddle groove insulator! The style number 23 indicated that the insulator was designed to be used from 2300 to 6600 volts. For comparison purposes, the large CD 242 and extra-large CD 243 were designated style 66 (6600 to 8800 volts) and style 88 (8800 to 15,000 volts). About a half dozen chipped drip points, typical for this style, otherwise about very near mint. A nice addition to a Hemingray or power collection!
