Lot 147: CD 304/310 HEMINGRAY Color: Blue Aqua EIN: [010] Description: A big, heavy hunk of glass! Nicknamed the "Coolie Hat" because of its conical shape, these impressive two-part insulators were used mostly in Montana on high voltage lines. 4 chipped drip points together and perhaps a half dozen with little slivers. The skirt, crown, ears and wire groove are all free of chips, and we can't even see any dings; overall excellent condition, especially for one of these large, triple petticoat power insulators.
