Lot 5: "Koolery" Lightning Arrestor {Germany} Color: Aqua w/ Metal Hardware Description: Nicknamed the "Koolery" after the finder's name. This ightning arrestor was produced by Siemens of Germany. The glass section is 3 3/4" in diameter. The Milhollands' 1976 Most About Glass Insulators comments "No C.D. number - But it is real dandy and certainly an insulator." Only a small number of examples have been found. It's hard to put an estimate on this. The wonderful condition and the fact that it comes complete with hardware make this a very desirable insulator!
