Lot 219: CD 519 {Unembossed} {Italy} Color: Light Lime Green Description: {Previously listed as CD 412} Fantastic condition! An odd-shaped insulator from Italy, reminiscent of a CD 128 on steroids with a saddle groove top! This measures 5 1/4" tall, compared to the diminutive 4" height of the CD 128. Mr. N.R. Woodward assigned this CD in 2010 and, even with a top groove, it was considered a telephone insulator and was included in the 400 series. It was later reassigned CD 519 to place it in the range of saddle groove insulators. This insulator is very rare and was produced around 1945. Now is your chance to own one!
