Lot 171: CD 257 PATENT / JUNE 17, 1890 // PATENT / MAY 2, 1893 Color: Light Aqua Description: {Wide saddle groove} {Hemingray product} Tiny flake on one drip, 1/2" flake under the left ear, paper thin flake on the side of the left ear, otherwise easily very near mint. The wide groove style was made to accommodate a 2" diameter cable, rather than the 1 1/2" diameter cable which fit into the standard style. This wide groove variant is particularly hard to find.
