Lot 192: U-395 "Mickey Mouse" {Pittsburg product}  Color: Mottled Brown Porcelain  Description: Very good condition. Produced by Pittsburg High Voltage in Derry, Pennsylvania, circa 1910-1920. These run the gamut from a nearly solid brown to an amazing Chocolate Caramel Cream with raised cream colored "polka dots." The latter sold in one of our previous auctions for nearly $750! See lot 193 for a different color variation. The glass "Mickey Mouse" style has always been in demand and the porcelain counterparts are seeing a surge in popularity and price. This example is especially attractive, with good color contrast from the very dark "loop" around the pinhole to the bright caramel color highlighting the ears and flange. Striking colored banding around the skirt. The mouse for your house!
