Lot 6: CD 141.7 TWIGGS Color: Crystal Clear Description: Factory mint. All of the Twiggs insulators were discovered with their bases ground flat. In this case, that procedure produced a 1" tall flake up from the base and a little base flaking. The Twiggs units in general were very well molded. This one is a bit unusual in that the pinhole is oval and off-center, and there is an underpour at the base. The Twiggs is a unique style that is coveted by collectors. It is also unusual in that it is "top heavy" with the "dome" being significantly larger in diameter than the base.
