A bit of a crude piece with some snow and bubbles to add extra character. The Central District & Printing Telegraph Company was started to bring telegraph service to Pittsburgh, PA. The "printing telegraph" was a device to allow the transmission of messages through a keyboard without requiring a trained telegrapher using Morse code. (#1805)|
